As soon as I looked at this morning's paper I knew that Neal Boortz will be on a rampage today. Yesterday's Supreme Court ruling on eminent domain and personal property rights will undoubtedly send him over the edge... and with good reason.
The ruling strengthens the right of local governments to seize private property. It appears to broaden eminent domain for use in "economic development". Boortz has been on a mission for a long time to bring this to the attention of his listeners. Maybe the ruling will finally give this issue the attention it deserves.
